Food as Medicine: Nutritious food is a powerful tool in maintenance of good health and prevention
Root Cause Focus: Symptoms are not the cause, they are a signal. We need to dig deeper to find what is the underlying issue using a whole-body systems approach
Individualization: Every person is different. No one-size-fits all approach
Whole Foods: Prioritize nutrient-dense, unprocessed organic foods like fruits, vegetables, quality proteins, and healthy fats
Lifestyle Integration: Stress management, sleep hygiene, healthy relationships, and movement are imperative
